Dough to Shape: Basic Pasta is a hands-on pasta-making experience designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of traditional Italian pasta. Learn how to create fresh pasta from scratch, from preparing and working the dough to rolling, shaping, and cooking your handmade creation.

You’ll enjoy an interactive experience rooted in Italian tradition, with the opportunity to taste your work and take your handmade pasta home.

Class Details:

• $125 per person
• Maximum of 10 participants
• Classes begin at 1:00 PM
• Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required
• Aprons will be provided
• Tickets are non-refundable
• If a class is cancelled, ticket holders will have the opportunity to select a new date from the available class dates
