FILLED Pasta Making October 25

Dough to Shape: Filled Pasta is an advanced, hands-on pasta-making experience for those ready to take their skills to the next level. Building on the techniques learned in our Basic Pasta class, you’ll learn how to prepare, shape, fill, and cook traditional filled pasta from scratch.

This intimate session offers a deeper look into the art of Italian pasta making, giving you the opportunity to create, taste, and take home your handmade creations.

Please note: Completion of our Basic “Dough to Shape” class is required before purchasing a ticket for the Filled Pasta series.

Class Details:

• $150 per person
• Maximum of 8 participants
• Classes begin at 1:00 PM
• Basic “Dough to Shape” class must be completed beforehand
• Tickets are non-refundable
• If a class is cancelled, ticket holders will have the opportunity to select a new date from the available class dates
